Air Conditioner Coils / Fins

• Frequency: Once a year
• Last cleaning: July 31, 2021

1. Buy AC Safe Air Conditioner Foaming Coil Cleaner at Home Depot ($6)
2. Turn off AC unit
   1. For unit 2537, flick the circuit breaker off
   2. For unit 2539, open the furnace door and toggle the switch off
3. Spray the foam on the condenser coils / fins from the outside
4. Using a garden hose, rinse the foam off

Furnace Filters

• Frequency: Twice a year
• Last cleaning / replacement: July 31, 2021

Buy new filter from Home Depot and replace old filter.

Stairs

• Stair step dimensions: 3x12x44 inches
• Buy 3″ thick wood from Home Depot Pro.
• Use 1/2″-wide spade bit to drill holes in wood

Hardware list

• Everbilt 3/8 in. Rust Defender Gray Torque Washer
• Everbilt 3/8 in.-16 x 3-1/2 in. Galvanized Carriage Bolt
• 3/8″ hex nut
• 3/8″ washer
• Use threadlocker to prevent loose nuts
